During Translation the sound of a voice is intercut between a non-speaking image.
Both sound and image are in a state of flux. The speaker tries to project herself into the space of the viewer, describing an imaginary gaze in her attempts to see an audience. She acknowledges a series of missed connections through the act of translation.
