A tape slide sequence generated through the early use of an Amiga computer as a tool for manipulating and collaging image and text. This piece explored the projected dichotomy between contemporary manifestations of the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ black subject, what Malcolm X described as the ‘House Negro’ and the ‘Field Negro’.
