A ‘mash’ of two slightly altered earlier pieces, Turning Under and Doubling Back, this was a first attempt to create a type of sculptural parallel action. Alternating at first, with a cutting back and forth between the two different events, the film gradually allows the two to overlap until by the end they are completely superimposed on one another.
