Performance made on residency at the Baltic Art Centre, Utska in Poland in which repetition was exploited and the barrier of language addressed and negotiated.
Sitting opposite each other at a small table (filmed by a Polish Television crew) Joanna Szarfarz recited each letter of the Polish alphabet which was then repeated by Tallentire - until she could grasp the pronunciation and recite the alphabet perfectly.
