Seeing through the black gate from the yard.
'I could see the inside of the black gate from the yard outside my studio. People came through from the street to visit the Film Co-Op and other artists' studios in the Dairy. At times it was quite busy but there were also long stretches where no one came and all I could see were the colours of traffic through the cracks.' AN.
