Various characters appear stranded on a beach buried under large piles of their own memorabilia. Meanwhile an old woman pushes her loaded pram down the white lines in the centre of a country lane past a middle-aged couple who are trying unsuccessfully to combine watching television with playing miniature golf. Though often humorous many of his films have a darker more disturbing quality.
